Recently worked with Cody and Brian on a storage facility investment. Due to the nature of the accounting done by the prior owner no banks would entertain the investment because it didn't look good on paper. The guys at Terrydale took the time to underwrite the deal and present it to several banks all of which approved the deal.Cody worked very hard in helping us every step of the way from underwriting all the way through the end. Brian Gramlich and the team at Terrydale provide so much value in so many ways. We recently partnered together on a 3M deal and they were instrumental in making sure it worked out in the best way possible for me. 1) They see hundreds of deals pass by their desks every year so I wouldn't have even come across this deal if they hadn't brought it to my attention. 2) They also had financing options and relationships that I would never have known about or had access to, which allowed the numbers to provide for a greater return on my investment as an investor. 3) Last but probably most important is that after our due diligence on this deal we actually ended up not doing it. Some people might see that as a failure but experienced investors know that sometimes the best deals are the deals you end up not doing. If I hadn't been able to rely on their expertise through due diligence I might have ended up losing big time money on this deal had it gone forward. Instead of pushing bad deals forward to make more money for themselves, they are more interested in your benefit as an investor. For all these reasons, if you're not utilizing Terrydale Capital for your investment needs, you are losing money.
