Today’s Deal Spotlight highlights the refinance of an Industrial real estate asset in Haltom City, Texas. Though our client had an existing relationship with a national bank, they wanted to connect with someone local for this deal. Terrydale Capital was happy to connect them with a resource on our home turf.
Due to some gaps in organization, most of the required documentation on the property was not immediately available. Interest rates also spiked halfway through the sign-up process, which put the initial expected interest rate in danger.
